Your current system works.
PeakSpitz AIERP™ works faster.
You don't need to throw away ten years of business knowledge. Tell PeakSpitz AIERP™ how your business operates — in plain language — and it configures itself around your processes. Review it. Adjust it. Go live.
Migration without the migration project
Traditional ERP migrations take months of consultants, data mapping workshops, and training sessions. PeakSpitz AIERP™ is different — because the platform understands what you tell it.
Traditional ERP migration
- ✗ Hire implementation consultants
- ✗ Multi-week requirements gathering workshops
- ✗ Manual data mapping and field configuration
- ✗ Custom development for your specific workflows
- ✗ Employee training sessions across departments
- ✗ Parallel run for 3–6 months before cutover
- ✗ Timeline: 6–18 months
PeakSpitz AIERP™ migration
- ✓ Describe your business to the AIERP in plain language
- ✓ It builds your job flows, cost structure, and catalog
- ✓ Review what it built — adjust anything that needs changing
- ✓ Import your existing data (orders, customers, inventory)
- ✓ Your team starts using it — the interface is conversational
- ✓ The AIERP learns your patterns and improves over time
- ✓ Timeline: days, not months
What migration actually looks like
Tell the AIERP about your business
No forms. No configuration wizards. Just describe how your business works:
> We're a print shop with 3 wide-format printers and 2 finishing stations. Our process is: receive file, preflight check, color proof to customer, print, laminate or mount, trim, pack and ship. We do about 400 jobs a month, mostly banners, vehicle wraps, and exhibition stands. Our quoting is based on material cost per sqm plus a markup per process step.
Understood. I've set up three job types — banner, vehicle wrap, exhibition stand — each with the steps you described, in the right order, across your five stations. Costing is built around material cost per sqm with a markup at each step, and your initial catalog has the standard sizes I'd expect for that mix. Want to review the job flows first, or start with the cost sheet?
Review and adjust
The platform shows you exactly what it set up — every job flow, every cost line, every catalog item is laid out in plain view, and you can change any of it. If something isn't right, just say so:
> The vehicle wrap is missing the design step — we always do a mockup on the vehicle photo before printing. And lamination should be optional, not mandatory.
Done. Added "Design mockup" as step 2, just before print, and made "Laminate" optional — it only adds to the cost when it's actually used. Want me to recalculate the sample quote?
Import your data
Bring your existing customers, orders, and inventory. Upload a CSV, connect to your existing database, or just describe what you need imported — the AIERP maps the fields and handles the conversion. Your historical data isn't lost; it becomes context the AIERP uses to make better decisions for you.
Go live — your team doesn't need training
Your team doesn't learn a new interface — they talk to it. "What's the status of job 4521?" "Quote 500 A2 posters on 200gsm silk, CMYK, laminated." "Show me overdue jobs." The AIERP understands your terminology because you taught it during setup. Shop floor operators use a touch-first app. Customers track their own orders via email link. No training manuals required.
What PeakSpitz AIERP™ can model
Whatever your work actually looks like — sequential steps, parallel paths, optional branches, work that loops back for rework. Describe it the way you'd explain it to a new hire, and the platform understands.
Multi-step production workflows
Any process with sequential or parallel steps, optional branches, or work that loops back for rework. Describe it once; PeakSpitz AIERP™ runs it.
Material tracking per step
Each step can consume materials from inventory. Stock is deducted as work progresses, and reorders are suggested before you run out.
Operator assignment and performance
Assign workers to steps. The platform learns each operator’s real pace and uses it to make your cost estimates more accurate over time.
Multi-location operations
Work that moves between locations or departments. Costing and scheduling adjust automatically per site, with no extra setup.
Your own order stages
Define the stages your orders move through — quote, approval, in production, ready, shipped, invoiced — in your own words. Each stage can trigger inventory deductions, job creation, or customer notifications automatically.
Cost structures and pricing logic
Describe how you price: per unit, per sqm, per step, contract rates, markups. The platform turns plain-English briefs into accurate cost sheets that follow your rules.
What we'll tell you upfront
PeakSpitz AIERP™ is a young platform. We're honest about where we are:
- • We are strongest in print and production workflows today. Other verticals are actively expanding.
- • If your custom ERP has deep integrations with specialized hardware (CNC machines, PLC controllers), those integrations may need custom work. Tell us what you need and we’ll tell you if and when we can do it.
- • We do not yet support on-premise deployment. PeakSpitz is cloud-only, EU-hosted, with each business on its own dedicated environment.
- • We do not have a 20-year track record. We do have modern architecture, transparent pricing, and a team that responds in hours, not weeks.
If your use case is a fit, we'll show you a working demo configured for your business before you commit. If it's not a fit, we'll tell you that too.
